Atech Apps is a company that provides services and software with the goal of protecting the privacy of its users ("users" or "you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, handle, and safeguard user data (including personal data) when they use Android-based mobile apps.

This policy outlines all of the personal information about users that we collect or receive as a result of their usage of the Applications and Services. In this Policy, personal details are defined as data that either identifies you or can be used to identify you when combined with other personal data we have access to, such as your name, phone number, address, and email address

YOU AGREE TO THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING, DISCLOSURE, AND SHARING OF YOUR USER INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY, BY USING OUR APPS AND SERVICES, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO USING YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS IN THE MANNER PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY. The Data That We Gather

To the extent permitted by law and only when you use application functionality or use those functions and Services, we will collect your personal information and usage information in accordance with this Policy in order to deliver and update the Apps and Services. If you do not give this information, we may be unable to provide you with our products or services

We Use the Information You Give Us

Information about the device and the network We'll collect information about your computer, including its International Mobile Equipment Identity ("IMEI"), Identifier for Advertising ("IDFA") and Identifier for Vendor ("IDFV"), Integrated Circuit Card Identifier ("ICCID"), type and version number of your operating system, Media Access Control ("MAC") address, and modality, as well as its name and network types.

Information from the Log

When you use some of our apps' services, we may automatically gather some relevant log information stored in the Application ("Log Information"). I information on how and when you use the Services, and (ii) system data, such as vital activity routes, failures, crashes, language, and time zone. This Log Data is only used to improve the Facilities, not to categorise specific users.

Information on the location

We may gather information about your computer's location, including the country code, latitude and longitude, network location, IP address, and system nation and time zone. This information will help us better understand user delivery and consumption circumstances.

Advertising

We may also include adverts in our Services, and we may collect and use information about you, including as your user identification, MAC address, IMEI, geographic location, and IP address, to monitor these advertisements. This data will be used to create a unique user account that will allow us to better count and track adverts based on language, geography, and other criteria. This information will not be sold to other parties.

Third-Party Services Collecting Information

Our service providers' third-party monitoring tools may be included in the Services we provide to you. These third parties can utilise Cookies, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), and Software Development Kits (SDKs) on our Services to gather and analyse user information on our behalf. Third parties who have access to your device identification, MAC address, IMEI, area (defined as the geographic territory where a specific language is spoken), location information, and IP address in order to supply our Services are governed by their own privacy rules.

How Do We Use Data?

(i)We collect user information and personal information in order to offer you with our goods and services while also complying with the law. Statistical review
(ii) To create and evaluate statistics on how our products and services are being used in order to improve our products and services.
(iii) Provide location-based services. When you use our Services, we or third-party service providers may use your location information to provide you with the most up-to-date version of our Services and to ensure that you have a positive user experience.

We do not have the right to distribute or reveal your personal information to third parties in whole or in part unless the following conditions are met: I safeguarding the security of others or their property; (ii) preventing or dealing with Internet fraud; (iii) safeguarding our users' lawful rights and interests; and (iv) acting in accordance with our Terms of Service objectives. Retention and deletion of data

Subject to applicable laws and regulations, we will keep your information (including your personal details) for as long as necessary to provide you with our Services, as specified in the "How We Use Information" section. To withdraw your permission to our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information, or to request that we remove your personal information, send an email to atechincorp@gmail.com. We'll respond to your request within a reasonable time after receiving your email or registered letter, and we'll stop collecting, using, or disclosing your personal information after that.

Child-related information

We will never ask or collect personal information from minors under the age of thirteen (or any other age stipulated by law applicable to your region). If you are under the age of 13, please do not send us any personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address.
